- Engage with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed. - Document and maintain accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in meetings and case conferences as required. - Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in behavioral healthcare.
