We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Permanent Project Manager (Electrical) to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile local projects, offering top dollar for your expertise. Your primary role will be to oversee and manage all aspects of electrical installations for our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, plan, and coordinate all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review project specifications and technical drawings, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with these.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of RFI's, submittals, and accumid.
• Use Conest and McCormicks for estimating and project management.
• Maintain a clear vision of project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays and implementing effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Monitor project costs, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to achieve their objectives.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an electrical project management role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience with RFI, submittal, accumid, Conest, Vision, and McCormicks.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
