Description
Key Responsibilities Include - Senior Project Manager - Construction :
- Coordination with Project Executive and ownership team
- Must be local to Yonkers, NY.
- Oversee the team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators
- Ensure the projects come in accurately, on time, and within budget
- Guarantee the company's safety, quality, and technical policies and procedures are practiced throughout projects
- Facilitate project status reports and contingency plans
- Demonstrate excellent both technical and professional skills to demonstrate previous years of experience
- Exceed client expectations throughout partnership
Profile
A Successful Senior Project Manager - Construction Will :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager for Affordable Housing Projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer in NY preferred
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing, NYCHA, PACT standards and procedures
- General Building and Construction knowledge
