Requirements North Memorial is seeking a Hem / Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!Practice Setting : Inpatient coverage only.
Dates of Coverage : Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine monthCall Schedule : 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night Patient Population for Required Coverage : AdultAverage Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL Call / Rounding : 10Trauma Level / Designation Hospital : Level 1Documentation System / EMR : EPICEstimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3-4 months must have MN license Required Procedures : Mgmt.
of VAD / CV Catheters- assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy - IntrathecalNorth Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
Schedule 7 days per week including weekend. Inpatient only (including weekends and overnights). At least 2 weeks per month
