Shift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length : 13 weeks
Holiday Expectations : as needed
Weekend rotation : out of 6 weeks they can work up to 4, core staff works every other weekend. Manager says she will try to be flexible to fit them into that rotation when she can, but this is not guaranteed.

- Patient Ratios : 1 : 2 for acute patients up to 1 : 4 if Med-Surg overflow
