• Base Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 / hour (based on years of experience)\n
• Differentials : +$4.75 / hour nights | +$3.00 / hour weekends | +$2.00 / hour with national certification\n
• Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)\n
• Paid 2% on first / second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments\n

This unit serves a variety of medical and post-surgical patients, offering exposure to diverse cases, including some telemetry and overflow care.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for RNs looking to build expertise in medical-surgical nursing in a supportive and fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care to medical and post-surgical patients\n
• Administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care accurately\n
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, and recovery plans\n
• Anticipate and respond to patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required)\n
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred\n
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required\n
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire\n
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care preferred; LTACH, home health, rehab considered)\n
