- Location : Flexible scheduling within clinic operational hours (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM).
- Compensation : Average $80,000+ annually, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Additional Financial Incentives : Profit-sharing plan and bonuses potentially adding $3,000 to $7,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients and develop tailored plans of care.
- Implement treatment strategies, set measurable functional goals, and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises.
- Supervise aides and other staff to ensure quality of care.
- Focus on pain management as a crucial component of patient care.
- Determine appropriate timings for patient discharge and educate on proper mechanics and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
- Contribute to research studies and the development of new protocols.
- Provide input on department policies, procedures, and strategic planning.
- Address patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Required Qualifications :
- Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy License.
- Certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in interventional pain management.
- Certifications such as Wellness Coaching, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, or Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional.
