Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide.

Currently we are seeking qualified, motivated, and progressive individual to join our team as a Program Manager .
Position Requirements
- Develop and oversee a high-level program to provide an external assessment of nonprofit organizations with regards to their financial management, organizational structure, operations and program management to determine needs.
- Design curricula customized to provide targeted skills and knowledge to participants by exploring innovative opportunities for learning such as mentorships, skill-building, and even wellness support for nonprofit management.
- Provide small group workshops, peer-to-peer exchanges and coaching to nonprofits in how to use their funding from ARPA grants.
- Make recommendations for structural changes to the organization to better position themselves to handle community service demands.
- Assist with marketing and outreach to participating nonprofit organizations by working with consultants / sub-contractors with online website materials and resources.
- Direct and manage grant specialists and office staff.
- Provide status updates and monthly status reports, as needed.
- Interact with internal and external customers.
- Document all project meetings and customer communications.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 7+ years of program management experience working with nonprofit agencies / organizations
- Accounting background preferred
- Experience running projects in a nonprofit environment
- Knowledge of basic business and corporate structures, budgets, and financial schedules
- Ability to manage multitask projects of high complexity
- Possess strong organizational skills to evaluate workload, set priorities, and meet program requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience in developing, applying, and improving qualitative and quantitative performance measures
- Possess professional written and oral communications skills
