Lead Care Manager (San Benito) - 245413 (San Benito County)

Medix is now hiring Lead Care Managers (ECM) for a growing healthcare organization!

Location : San Benito County

Pay : $25.00 - $29.00

Setting : Remote / Out in the field

Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 5pm)

Requirements :

• Must reside in the designated County
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• 2-4 years of case management experience working with the behavioral health population
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, and Enhanced Care Management highly preferred
