As we expand our global footprint across 12 countries, we are seeking a dynamic Business Manager, Strategy to drive key integration initiatives and enterprise strategies.
Role Overview
The Business Manager, Strategy will play a pivotal role in supporting Corient’s global integration and broader strategic priorities. Partnering closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, this individual will manage high-impact projects, provide data-driven insights, and ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives. This role offers exposure to C-suite decision-making and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Integration : Support and coordinate strategic integration across 12 countries, ensuring alignment of operations, processes, and culture.
- Strategic Planning : Partner with business leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage and influence key stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis : Develop robust models and business cases to evaluate initiatives, measure impact, and inform executive decisions.
- Executive Presentations : Create high-quality PowerPoint decks and strategic materials for the CEO, executive team, and board, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Project Management : Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.Experience : 2+ years of experience in top management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field.Exceptional conceptual problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailsAptitude to work with quantitative and qualitative data and drive outputs (powerpoint, modeling, analytical and presentation-building proficiency)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate in an entrepreneurial environmentExcellent work ethnicThis position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
