We are seeking a Chiropractic Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will oversee 6 Chiropractic Offices
Office manager's responsibilities include :
- Managing operations : Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling appointments, patient registration, and facility maintenance
- Managing staff : Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising office staff, such as receptionists, medical billers, and medical assistants
- Managing finances : Preparing and monitoring budgets, and managing finances, including patient fees and billing
- Ensuring compliance : Ensuring the facility complies with laws and regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Managing records : Organizing and maintaining medical records and staff records
- Improving customer service : Improving customer service and patient satisfaction
- Developing policies : Planning, implementing, and overseeing office policies and procedures
