at Automated Health Systems Job Description Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire part-time call center professionals to join its team in Columbus, Ohio.
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
Job Requirements Qualifications for the position include :
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
- Associate degree and / or call center experience preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Available shifts from 7am to 8pm, Monday through Friday and 8am to 5 pm Saturday.
In addition to comprehensive and ongoing training, we offer part time employees a suite of benefits, including dental and vision insurances.
