We're looking for a passionate and experienced .NET Legacy Senior Developer to join our growing team. You'll be an essential member of our development team and work alongside the founders and the rest of the company.

This is a 100% remote position. We are in North Kansas City, MO and have office space there. We do have all team members come back 3-4 times per year for company building events (conferences, holiday parties, hackathons).
Travel is required to come back during these events.

Responsibilities
- This is a 100% developer position. You will be coding, not managing or leading other devs.
- The goal of this position is to join our Legacy .NET Framework team and help improve and stabalize our Legacy product.
- You will report to an Engineering Manager who oversees the Legacy product. You will be helping the Engineering Manager improve and stabilize the product.
- We need an incredibly experienced Senior .NET Framework who can join our team and hit the ground running as quickly as possible.
- You will make a huge impact on our legacy team.
- You will be working in .NET Framework (Legacy, 4.8) code ( Web Forms, MVC, Web Api, C#, SQL Server, AWS, etc).
- As a Senior Engineer, you will be an instrumental team member solving very challenging technical problems, mentoring other developers, helping improve the team, and drive customer-facing projects as a development lead.
- This is a full stack position. You will have a chance to use your full stack programming skills, across the board.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Passion for technology, coding, and building things.
- Passion for .NET and all things Microsoft (C#, .NET, etc.).
- Advanced / Expert in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
- Advanced / Expert in Web Forms.
- Advanced / Expert in MVC.
- Advanced / Expert in SQL Server Technologies (TSQL, Stored Procs., etc.)
- Experience with async / await, .NET, dependency injection, clean code, unit testing, design & architecture.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Positive attitude, highly energetic and takes initiative.
- Great teamwork / soft skills. We do not want someone with high ego.
- Would be wiilling to ineract with customers (ocassionally). If you don't want to, we can work around that.
- Wants to mentor other developers.
- Enjoys working with other developers and growing a team.
- Want to work in a fast paced envirnment.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
