Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies, the Lead BA will provide technical and operational leadership for improving business systems and business processes in order to deliver operational efficiency and a positive employee and customer experience.
Able to analyse business, user needs and articulate in writing and verbally into proper system specifications.
- Gather requirements from business units, documents customer journeys, and translate those to executable technical specifications
- Provide overall guidance and oversight of technology solution to effectively support the alignment with business and IT strategies by facilitating business and technology sessions and documenting output.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and / or Project Manager to continually manage scope, budget, and expectations (understanding scope burndown and its impact on release expectations).
- Work with product owners and / or end users to develop user stories, acceptance criteria or test cases for the product / system.
