Position Summary : Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Irvine, California.
This position involves providing crucial therapy services to students within a school setting, helping them enhance their functional and academic skills.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
- Create and implement personalized therapy plans to address each student's goals.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students to improve their physical, cognitive, and social abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to incorporate therapy strategies into students' educational programs.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert advice on occupational therapy services.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current California Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
