The Palo Alto office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate or Capital Markets Associate for our premier global Capital Markets practice.
Candidates must have experience in the following :
- Advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions.
- Counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting and disclosure matters.
- National securities exchange compliance.
- Financings and general corporate matters.

Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials, law firm experience, and client management skills are required. All applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually).
The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
