As a Residential Relations Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers and clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer experience is positive.
While working as the Residential Relations Coordinator, you will meet with potential residents about their needs, lead tours of the community, process rental applications and assist with the "move-in" process.
Additionally, you will support current residents with work orders, rent payments, lease questions, and "move-outs".
