East El Paso Dentist is a clinic of providers you can trust with the entire family. They are looking for a General Dentist to join their team and continue to provide top-quality-dental care with same day service.
This is an opportunity for tremendous growth and earning potential for the right dentist willing to learn, hustle and give back to the community.
What to Expect
- Competitive pay w / daily rate based on experience + % of collections, whichever is higher
- Collection Rate 95-98% monthly
- Full Time : M - Fri, every other Saturday is optional
- Health, dental and profit sharing available
- PPO / FFS
- Hygiene and Assistants on staff
- New Grads are encouraged to apply
- Excellent mentorship opportunity and network of providers in the area for additional support
- New provider will be the sole dentist in the office with support as needed
- Proficient in all things general dentistry
- Preferred but not required Invisalign, Ortho, Endo, Implants
- State-of-the-Art Equipment, all digital and paperless clinic
- High quality dentist, eagerness to continue to learn, honest, consistent, positive, creative and willing to take ownership in the clinic, staff and patients
- Motivated leader ready to grow, learn, stay long term and earn an above market income
- Willing to have FUN while being professional and doing what you LOVE!
- Active TX license in good standing
