Job Title : General Production Worker

Job Description

Pay : $16.00 / HR

Shift : 1st 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Typical Day :

• Start each day with a team meeting and go over weekly goals / quotas
• Will be assigned a work order for the day
• Will utilize microscopes and hand tools to complete coating work - 50% of the work will need a microscope to be completed.

Coating is the process of dropping a protective solution on small electronic components and PCBs.

• Will perform a variety of light assembly tasks such as wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, stamping, etc.
• Will use basic work instructions to complete assignments
• Will utilize a computer to input production data
• Will perform visual inspections of finished work to ensure accuracy

This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.
