Job Description

This is an exciting time to join Visa's U.S. Marketing Services team, as we strengthen our focus on developing new partnerships and deepening relationships with established Issuer and Merchant Clients and launch Visa products with partners in Fintech.

The U.S. Marketing Services team, part of the overall North America Marketing organization, is transforming how we partner with clients to drive engagement, through a proactive and results driven marketing approach.

As part of the U.S. Marketing Services team, the Marketing Analyst, U.S. Client Marketing will support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing platforms / initiatives.

This analyst is responsible for supporting partnership relationships with Visa’s bank and merchant clients, and building best-in-class co-marketing plans that support business goals for both Visa and its clients.

This position fills a key role in our expanded focus on client marketing efforts.

This Analyst must be able to thrive in a dynamic, highly-matrixed environment. The analyst will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a can do , positive attitude.

Additionally, the analyst must have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients.

The analyst should be detail oriented and thoughtful when preparing materials for clients. In addition, you should be qualified to communicate directly with clients through weekly conference calls, video conferences, or in-person meetings.

The Analyst will support important administrative functions across multiple platforms including opening and managing budgets, submitting intake forms and financial reporting.

Essential Functions

Support the sell-in and execution of B2B and / or B2C marketing programs for clients by coordinating the activities of internal Visa cross-functional teams and external agency partners

Manage agency partners during client program development, including routing materials for review and securing stakeholder approvals

Provide project management support for client marketing programs, including running weekly client status calls, drafting agendas and call notes, leading creative development process with the agency, routing materials for necessary approvals, managing post campaign tracking and analytics

Work cross-functionally to maintain clear communications and secure internal stakeholder alignment

Participate in ideation and development of custom marketing programs across Visa platforms and sponsorship assets

Assist with business development, including compilation of proposals

Develop and route legal agreements

Create PowerPoint presentations

Open and manage Purchase Orders

Manage project timelines and budgets

Track programs and manage results / recaps

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Your work experience is closely related to marketing and project management
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills
  • You have prior experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail
  • You are a team player able to work on multi-part projects across teams and able to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
  • Ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
  • Experience running meetings with internal and external customers and users
  • Positive relationship management skills and ability to influence decision makers both internally and externally
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Client-facing experience a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Digital marketing experience a plus

Additional Information

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 145,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
