Description

Citizens Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Strategy and Distribution Manager, who will drive and communicate progress on Wealth’s growth strategy as well as partner across the Consumer Bank to infuse Citizens Wealth Management products and services into the client relationship.

The individual will need to analyze the current state of the business and partnership routines, as well as competitors and industry trends, to progress the strategic agenda.

This role will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders on strategic initiatives, distribution processes and routines, executive storytelling / presentations, and other key touchpoints.

The outcome(s) of these efforts may significantly affect business economics and the success of Wealth’s strategic plan. Therefore, you must be adaptable to change and have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in development, monitoring, and communication of Wealth’s growth strategy
  • Evaluate impact of Consumer Bank / Enterprise strategy, industry trends, competitive positioning, benchmarking on Wealth’s growth strategy
  • Identify, diagnose and prioritize improvement opportunities for Wealth as appropriate
  • Provide strategic analysis, definition, and consultation to Wealth leadership and their teams
  • Execute strategic initiatives as appropriate
  • Develop high-quality presentations for various levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with Finance on Strategic Planning and Budgeting processes
  • Support ongoing measurement / monitoring of Wealth’s growth strategy
  • Enhance partnership routines between Wealth Management and other distribution teams (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Retail, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and communicate roadmaps / implementation plans to achieve objectives
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve objectives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and foster productive relationships
  • Develop high-quality presentations for various levels of the organization for a variety of purposes (e.g., internal colleague calls, executive and senior management forums, regulatory updates, management and partnership routines, ad hoc requests, etc.)
  • Facilitate development of materials from various stakeholders as needed
  • Develop impactful content and distill ideas appropriately based on audience
  • Ensure integrity of the data being used in materials

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services preferably in a strategy, sales support, or program / project management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and create executive level reporting and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and translate into actionable insights
  • Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies that drive growth and profitability

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week : 40
  • Work Schedule : M-F

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
