What you do daily :
- Give out a FREE stretch and consultation to hot leads & find them a short term program to sign up for
- Complete new clients' first initial consultation and come up with treatment plan
- Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
- Make calls to missed sales, new clients & current clients through out the day.
- Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
