Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and executives.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents using Document Management Systems.
  • Handle data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT support to ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Data Entry and Document Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with Email Management Tools and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and clients.
