A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager for the East region.Key Responsibilities : Manage post-sales relationships for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accountsDrive customer value and adoption through engagement with technical sponsors and championsDevelop and automate customer lifecycle events and create reusable content for training and communicationRequired Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry, preferably in Developer ToolsPrevious experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales, or Customer ServicesMust be located in Eastern or Central TimeStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of the Enterprise software subscription lifecycle and associated processes
