Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro PCU
Location : Temple, TX
Shift : Full-Time, 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)
Shifts per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Temple, TX. This dynamic 38-bed telemetry-monitored unit offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients with complex neurological conditions.
As part of this team, you will practice within a collaborative, team-oriented model to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor telemetry and provide continuous neurological assessments.
- Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or within 30 days of hire).
