TikTok eCommerce Senior Product Manager - Creator & Affiliate Products

The mission of the creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators promote merchandise to TikTok users.

This includes creator platforms and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

Responsibilities :

• Through creator interviews and market studies, understand how creators are managing their business and areas for potential improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, grow the eCommerce creator community and their ability to drive for GMV.
• Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus.
• Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

For Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850 - $337400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
