Job Summary

Builds and maintains technology based supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and contracting backhaul for T-Mobile nationwide.

Establishes and negotiates all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Helps to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend.

Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives.

Works closely with internal customers including Engineering, Service Assurance, Legal, and Finance.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Competitively sourcing technology spend through rfp, rfi and rfqs.
  • Drafting, negotiating and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business.
  • Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance.
  • Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements.
  • Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval.
  • Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering or equivalent experience (Required)

Work Experience :

  • 4-7 years Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience managing Contracts, Business Requirements, Vendor Relationships, and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. (Required)
