What You'll Do :

As a Senior Manager, Global Label Process, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, overseeing managing our label development and implementation processes across our international operations.

You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical regulations, product labeling, and process optimization, change management.

What We're Looking For : .

• Lead the global labeling process for all chemical products, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, such as GHS (Globally Harmonized System), REACH, CLP, and other relevant chemical control laws.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, product stewardship, and supply chain teams to develop and maintain accurate, compliant, and user-friendly product labels.
• Streamline and standardize labeling processes across different regions and business units to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Manage label content, including hazard communication, precautionary statements, product use instructions, and company branding, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a centralized label management system to track changes, approvals, and version control.
• Coordinate with R&D, legal, and external stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging regulations and industry trends that may impact labeling requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials to internal teams and external partners on labeling processes and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement and maintain labeling software solutions that support the creation and distribution of labels.
• Perform regular audits of labeling practices and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership to the cross functional label council. Set priorities, define goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives in labeling efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills That Make a Difference :

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on product labeling and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical labeling regulations and industry standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex processes and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with label management software and database systems.
