Job Description.
As a project manager for Allison-Smith, you will be encouraged and trained to develop an entrepreneurial business approach to managing the electrical construction of a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities :
Assist the lead project manager in the following tasks :
- all phases of electrical work including project acquisition (identification, estimating strategy, cost / proposal development, negotiation, value engineering, site logistics review, pre-fabrication planning),
- project preconstruction (team development, planning, procurement),
- project construction (scheduling, team / relationship building, change management, issue resolution, cost projections, billing),
- and project close-out (final documentation, owner training, contract reconciliation, final billing).
