job_description.job_card.job_descriptionNo nights or weekends Comprehensive benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, 401(k) with match Time off : Four weeks PTO plus 15 paid holidays Strong work / life balance and full administrative support Mission-driven culture with opportunities for professional growth Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Develop and manage individualized medication and treatment plans Identify short- and long-term care needs; implement care directives Educate patients and families on diagnosis, medications, and safety planning Document care in the EMR and e-prescribe in accordance with regulatory standards Coordinate care with internal and external providers to support whole-person health Current Ohio APRN license (CNP or CNS) Psychiatric board certification (PMHNP-BC or CNS in Psych / Mental Health) Unrestricted prescriptive authority and active DEA Proficiency with EMR documentation and e-prescribing Experience in an outpatient setting preferred Commitment to community-based mental health for adults (18+) Language skills in Ukrainian, Russian, or Arabic are highly valued Email a brief cover note and résumé to HR@cbhcweb.com with the subject line : HR – PNP .

We’re seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and case managers. You’ll provide evidence-based care to adults with acute and chronic mental health conditions in a supportive, consensus-driven environment.
