Senior Program Manager - Global Campaigns
Description
We are looking for a strong Senior Program Manager to manage the cross-functional needs required to oversee global marketing campaigns.
This includes all channels and tactics across the ecosystem : digital campaigns, paid media, email nurture journeys, direct mailers, webinars, and more.
Responsibilities :
The Marketing Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to partner and drive global campaign initiatives.
In this role, you will help our Global Campaigns and Demand Generation team build, scale and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
You will work closely with our Brand, Content, & Creative and Digital teams to establish cross-functional workflows and communications to ensure efficiencies and clarity across roles and teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring that key activities and initiatives for client are properly aligned at a leadership and team level, and executed to achieve a measurable impact on the business.
As a Senior leader on the team, you will need to be highly collaborative and ready to tackle complex problems with a can-do attitude and thoughtful approach in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with strong business acumen, excellent writing skills, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve problems.
A day in the life
A successful candidate will be the main point of contact and single source of truth across the Global Campaigns workstreams, with a passion for creative problem solving and perfecting the customer experience.
The candidate will be highly analytical, be comfortable setting deadlines across the teams, and be able to give clear direction to keep projects on task and on strategy.
To be successful, the ideal candidate would require strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence partner teams and leadership alike and be willing to take on large cross-functional projects like our annual campaign theme calendar creation.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, program or project management
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects particularly for campaigns with familiarity working with digital, website, email, paid advertising, creative and product marketing.
5+ years of experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a matrixed global campaigns team
Familiarity with integrated marketing and the synergies between campaign managers, sales teams, product marketing, communications, and marketing operations.
Past experience using Asana for project management
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated experience influencing senior executives
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in how to continuously improve the business and define what’s next
Exceptional analytical skills, ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a very organized manner that can be replicated acros
