Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Full-time, two-year leadership development program where members work alongside GE aerospace expert s.
• Four, six-month rotational assignments covering diverse projects in Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product Management, Digital Engineering, and more.
• Classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen
• Throughout the program, you'll receive diverse assignments such as project and product management, data analytics, IT operations, software development, and more.
• As a DTLP, you will spend a significant about of time working in committees with your peers. These committees vary significantly by purpose and required skill sets, allowing for DTLPs to opt-into committees they are passionate about.

Committee work will provide practical business experience in financial planning, recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, building technical skills, networking, among other things.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science / Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale

The base salary for this position is set at $84,000 and this position is eligible for a target bonus of 5% of base salary.

Relocation support is available for qualified moves to a new city. Performance-based salary increases are reviewed after each completed rotation.
