Job Description :
- This position is responsible for performing maintenance work at a high-rise apartment community in NW Portland.
- You will work as a member of a skilled maintenance team to ensure that the residential building is maintained to company standards.

Job Type :
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).
Work Environment :
- As part of a team effort, you will monitor common areas for cleanliness and quality, police grounds for trash, and keep maintenance areas organized and neat.
- You will also provide after-hours maintenance coverage and respond to emergency situations.
- You may be required to perform work at other properties and adapt to a changing work schedule.
