About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2238 To $2486 Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist Job Specialty : Speech Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 1 year as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist License : Active State SLP License Certifications : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : Understanding of a Drug-Free workplace, ability to produce a negative drug screen Job Description : Provide general inpatient and outpatient speech-language pathology care for adults, including bedside evaluations and treatment, video fluoroscopic studies, and clinic visits.
Utilize electronic medical record systems effectively; Epic EMR experience is an advantage.- Occasionally work alone on site;
some weekend coverage may be necessary.- Flexibility to float to other facilities if census is low, though it is not typically required.
- Manage an average inpatient census of 70 patients.- Adhere to a dress code requiring scrubs.- Be prepared for a weekend rotation of one Saturday per month.
- Participate in a 12-hour non-penalized call-off policy every 13 weeks.- Acceptable for local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
