JOB DETAILS :
Patient care : Administers patient care under a physician's direction, and provides clinical nursing care that meets healthcare organization and nursing standards
Patient monitoring : Monitors and manages patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases
Medication administration : Administers medications to patients
Assessments : Performs assessments on patients
Collaboration : Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams
Documentation : Documents all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on patient records
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP :
Phlebotomy skills are required
Step down status patients are 1 : 3 ratio. We have CNA's on this unit.
