As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Officer in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-driven location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your position involves monitoring assigned areas, engaging with staff and visitors to provide outstanding customer service, and supporting a secure environment. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the technology and media location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and information requests in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and site activity.
  • Work collaboratively with client staff and Allied Universal team members to support the security-related needs of the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
