We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida.

In this role, you will be part of our team and your primary job function will be to provide outstanding customer service, process customer applications, maintain accurate records, and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and inbound calls.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to update and maintain customer records.
  • Enter customer orders and schedule appointments as necessary.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Ensure all data entry is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detail oriented email correspondence with customers.
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls
  • Prior experience in a call center customer service role
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
  • Proficient in managing email correspondence
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound calls
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in order entry and processing
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
