We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate adult psychiatrist to join our growing multispecialty medical clinic. As a part of the behavioral health team, you will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating adults with various mental health disorders.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medication and monitor treatment response
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients if desired
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Physicians are hired with a first-year salary plus incentive. Partnership is offered at the beginning of the second year with a $100 buy-in.
Clinic is 100% owned by practicing physicians. All physicians are on equal footing after the first year (no seniority ownership or benefits).
Income with partnership status is commission-based. Health and disability insurance are covered 100 percent. Other benefits include 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, CME, and coverage for board examination.
Tanner Clinic was established over 100 years ago, has more than 165 physicians, and enjoys an excellent reputation in the community.

Requirements :
- Medical degree from an accredited US medical school
- Completion of an ACGME approved residency program in general adult psychiatry
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted Utah medical license, or ability to become licensed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
