Benefits Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Benefits Specialist with 3 or more years of related work experience for a full-time job, located in Manhattan, New York, this is a contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and retirement plans.
- Enroll employees in benefit plans and process any changes or terminations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of employee benefits information.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.
- Prepare and file required government reports, such as Form 5500 and other compliance documents.
- Monitor changes in benefits regulations and make recommendations for policy changes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree, or related work experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience :
2-3 years of experience in a similar role handling Employee or Union Benefits
Worksite : Contract, Onsite
Salary : $25-30 / hr
Pay Details : $ to $ per hour
