POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the AVP, Growth & Health Services Analytics, this role will support operational, financial and strategic reporting and provide analytical support and analysis for various focus areas of the organization.
Responsibilities Manage an efficient, centralized and cross-trained team poised for future expansion. Provide growth focused areas of the organization with market analysis utilizing internal and external data sources.
Provide leadership with standard reporting around market share of and strategic opportunities for the organization. Develop / produce analysis and visualization of data for monthly operating and financial reporting around the Health Services portfolio, to include all Ambulatory sites of care.
Provide reporting and analysis around Value Based Care portfolio in all aspects, to include operational and financial performance.
Address ad hoc requests to help the business tackle complex operational, financial and strategic questions. Manages task assignments and tools associated with the management of requests, projects, and recurring reports.
Provide training and mentorship to analysts. Qualifications Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in a related field 5+ years of related experience preferred Healthcare experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Financial acumen & strong analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task Commitment to development of self and others Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivots, and power query.
