Job Description

  • Oversee Quality Management Systems : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses : Investigate and identify the underlying causes of quality issues to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance processes, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop Quality Assurance Procedures : Establish and maintain procedures for quality assurance, inspection, and testing to uphold product integrity.
  • Perform Risk Assessments : Evaluate product designs and manufacturing processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to quality and safety.
  • Implement Quality Control Measures : Monitor production processes and quality metrics to prevent defects and maintain consistent product quality.
  • Provide Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct Audits and Assessments : Perform internal audits and supplier assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Support Customer Requirements : Interface with customers to address quality concerns, provide timely resolutions, and maintain strong relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
