Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.
- Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.
- Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.
- Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.
- Align customer requirements vs. division priorities.
- Co-work with different divisions and BD to provide KLA solutions
Preferred Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate will understand Taiwan semiconductor market.
- Have experience in the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
- Has negotiation sense and analytical skills.
- Must have financial / business knowledge to do recommendation or proposal
- Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
- Able to derive / understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet / exceed the objectives.
- Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.
- Experience working with Global customers and regions
- 25-30% travel may require
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering, with >
5years of Semiconductor Equipment sales experience.
Taiwan business experience and mandarin speaking is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
