The best training and support in the industry
Compensation :
$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients in the La Jolla, CA area to develop leads effectively.
- Enhance real estate knowledge and skills by actively participating in training sessions.
- Secure appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent by persistently following up on leads.
- Nurture relationships with homebuyers through regular phone calls and emails to enhance brand recognition.
- Monitor team progress towards company objectives by preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Effectively convert qualified leads into new clients by handling sales inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and updated customer information for agents by utilizing a CRM system.
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients to provide excellent service.
Qualifications :
