Most Rosatis Pizza locations are locally owned and operated by entrepreneurial, franchised Operators. A range of Team Member opportunities exists at each restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership roles.
Our aim is to serve guests and communities well, and we know that starts with people. Creating a positive and productive place to work is important to both Rosatis Pizza and our franchisees.
Job Summary :
As a Server, youll make our customers meal memorable whether theyre celebrating a life milestone or craving the best pizza in town (maybe both).
Youll roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you can, whether the machines are down or the drink needs a refill. Were all working toward one goal : making sure our customers cant wait to come back.
To be a great server at Rosatis, you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong.
Responsibilities :
- Start with side work. What needs to be done? Youll do that to make sure your shift runs smoothly
- Serving customers and having fun while youre at it, whether its taking orders, cashing out checks, or whatever else they need
- Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
- Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for providing hospitality to guest and coworkers
- Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
