SES Construction and Fuel Services LLC (SCF) is growing! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our SCF team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH).

We need a team player paving the way to a successful construction project. The ideal candidate is experienced working in the Federal construction industry and has exceptional leadership skills.

We provide leadership opportunities which include management of multiple projects, staff, and nationwide estimating across locales and coordination with team members nationwide.

Monthly Auto Allowance : $300

Compensation : $120,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze project RFPs and plans, collaborating with executives to define project objectives effectively.
  • Efficiently oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within the allocated time and budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the evaluation and acquisition of subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Supervise the project closely to promptly address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts.
  • Work closely with superintendents, stakeholders, and team members to develop and revise project schedules.
  • Develop and scrutinize project budgets and cost estimates meticulously.

Qualifications :

  • ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing USACE Projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in effectively leading project teams, nurturing employee growth, and managing external relationships is essential.
  • A strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and a methodical work approach are crucial attributes.
  • The successful candidate must have a track record of making well-informed decisions and delivering projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices is a fundamental requirement.
  • Regular travel to different project sites is expected in this position.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening along with satisfactory references and background checks is obligatory.
