Trial Attorney

Job Overview A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a background in construction or commercial litigation. This role involves handling complex, multi-party cases in both state and federal courts, with responsibilities spanning from case inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience and a strong understanding of construction law, lien claims, insurance coverage, and surety issues. This is a hybrid position following an initial training period and includes competitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and origination incentives.
