Salary : $15-$17 an hour
Timi's Tours is seeking a Customer Service Agent at our office in Moweaqua, IL . This is a full time position with benefits on staff with the company.
This position actively manages the booking and execution aspects of various group tours, in turn, creating a best-in-class customer experience.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to :
booking clients onto existing tours, confirming and reserving hotel accommodations, attractions, restaurants, airfare, and other trip-related tasks.
This job requires frequent customer interaction, and the ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, with the ability to multitask, and an extreme attention to detail.
Required Qualifications :
Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage travel details and timelines.
Ability to multi-task, adapt to change and think out of the box.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
Possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects.
Possess a skill set in analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
Develop, maintain and manage vendor relationships.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills.
Experience in or ability to learn Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the hospitality industry and / or knowledge of the travel industry is preferred.
