A company is looking for a Retention Specialist (Remote after 90 days).
Key Responsibilities
Retain customers at risk of disconnecting by demonstrating product knowledge and high-value selling skills
Educate customers on products and services, explaining their value, features, and benefits
Utilize billing systems to respond to customer inquiries and provide historical account information
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Call center experience required; technology or cellular sales experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Computer skills using Windows-based systems, including databases and billing systems
Must live within a 50-mile radius of the designated Training Center
