Medical Customer Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Albuquerque, NM. Therole will be part-time hours on Saturday / Sunday and will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.
This role will be focused on being the liaison between providers and patients, giving status updates and assisting with providing necessary information as needed.
This will be a phone-centric role (volume fluctuates depending on the shift) and interested candidates must have excellent phone etiquette.
Please note : This is a part-time role working weekends!
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative / call center experience
- Must be tech savvy and able to work well within different software systems
Skills
- Strong customer service skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to work well independently with little to no supervision
- Able to make sound judgment calls and work well under pressure
- Can work well within different software systems and learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work well in different types of production volumes
