Job Summary
As an Overnight Shift Leader at GetGo, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of customers and team members during late-night operations.
Your role will involve supervising the night crew, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a fast and friendly store culture.
- Experience Required : 1 to 3 years
- Experience Desired : Supervisory Experience, Customer Service / Retail Experience
- Education Desired : High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Licensing Preferred : Food Safety
- Lifting Requirement : Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement : At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain top priority of safety for team members, customers, and products
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members for efficient and effective operation
- Ensure proper food-handling certifications are maintained by all team members
- Monitor competitor fuel pricing and make adjustments to remain competitive
- Assist with scheduling, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Provide exemplary service to vendors and stakeholders
Starting Rate of Pay
$17.50 per hour
